Turnip microgreens are a leafy green that have a similar taste to a mature turnip, but micro turnips such as these have a more pungent kick and a strong concentration of nutrients. 

With the convenience of being harvested directly from the tray, they are a wonderful way to get these tender greens deliciously fresh. They can be harvested in the morning and sprinkled with avocado toast or eggs for a fresh, healthy breakfast, or they can be harvested to be mixed in with a leafy salad or sandwich for lunch or dinner.
