Where are you based in?
We are an urban farm based in Clearwater, Florida! We offer local delivery all over the Tampa Bay area, including to St. Pete and Tampa.

Do you offer bulk prices for restaurants?

Where do you deliver?
Our wholesale options are only available to locally to the Tampa Bay area, including St. Pete, Tampa, Clearwater, and Largo.
Would I be able to sample your microgreens?
Yes, we do offer samples to restaurants! Please contact us connect@jaksfamilyfarms.com or call us at 727-238-7499 to make a request.
I have a question about microgreens!
What are microgreens?
Microgreens (sometimes spelled micro greens) are young vegetables
that are harvested after the first true leaf is grown on the plant. They
are known for their nutritional concentration and health benefits and
come in a variety of flavors!
Are microgreens healthy?
Yes, microgreens are extremely healthy and are popular for their health benefits!
Microgreens are harvested at a stage when the plant is building up nutrients, and so when they're harvested, all of the nutrients are still contained in the stems and leaves
Could I request a microgreen that's unavailable on your website?
Yes, we welcome any requests! Once we have perfected the growing process, we will add to our product list and reach out about its availability.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our growers have received your order.
Once we have received your order, we will begin the process of growing your microgreens.
Once the microgreens are grown and they are ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Should unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order within the shipment period, orders will be refunded at 100%.
How are your microgreens shipped?
All of our microgreens are grown to order and then shipped with next
day delivery to preserve freshness and quality. We offer discounted
local delivery to the Tampa Bay Area.
How long does it take for the microgreens to be shipped?
All of our grow times are listed on every microgreen page!
Typically, our microgreens will take 1-2 weeks to grow, and once they are at the perfect stage, they are harvested and shipped with next day delivery.
Would I be able to cancel my order?
Up until your order is shipped out, you may contact us at any time to cancel your order. Because of how all of our products are grown to order, there is a 10% restocking fee for the seeds.
Once a product is shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
