Ingredients
- 2 cup basil microgreens
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup Parmesan
Directions
- Toast the pine nuts
- In a food processor, add pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil. Pulse to combine.
- Add Parmesan and salt, pulse again.
- Add basil microgreens last. Pulse while slowly adding remaining oil.
- Stop at the desired consistency
