What do Kale Microgreens Taste Like?

Kale microgreens are a peppery and slightly sweet microgreen with a tender, leafy texture with small leaves and stems.

Kale microgreens lack the bitterness of mature kale, and so similar to broccoli microgreens, some may prefer the gentler taste and texture of kale microgreens compared to their mature version.

Our microgreen trays are a full 10 x 20 tray of all microgreens that have been grown and are ready to harvest.
