Kale microgreens have a mild peppery flavor with a subtle sweetness. They lack the bitterness of mature kale, which can make micro kale preferred when eaten on their own or used in a salad base.

Similar to mature kale, micro kale is full of sulforaphane and a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals, making them good for both flavor and healthy eating.

This microgreen is also in our spicy microgreen salad mix!
