Jaks Family Farms offers bulk trays of Brussels sprout microgreens to the Tampa Bay Area. Mild and slightly bitter, Brussels sprout microgreens aren't as bitter as mature Brussels sprouts and are a little more sweet. 

These microgreens are rich in fiber, minerals, and vitamins. Being in the same family as broccoli and kale, they contain sulforaphane. They're fantastic in salads, soups, or as seasoning.
