Cilantro microgreens are cilantro (or coriander) harvested when their first true leaves form before the plant fully matures.

This causes cilantro microgreens to be smaller, but with a stronger
concentration of nutrients and flavor. Micro cilantro is more tender and delicate with the same strong taste of cilantro.
