Ingredients
- Tortilla
- Microgreens (our recommendations are lettuce microgreens, Fava bean microgreens, or broccoli microgreens)
- Hummus
- Spinach
- Sliced Avocado
- Sliced cucumber
- Sliced tomato
Directions
- Slice the thinly cucumber, tomato, and avocado as desired and set aside until ready to use.
- Slather as much hummus as desired on the tortilla, leave space on the edges for easier rolling and less mess.
- Layer on the spinach, tomato, cucumber, and avocado while still leaving space on the edges.
- Tuck in the edges and wrap the burrito.
