For which microgreens to choose, we have our own spicy salad mix of microgreens and a collection of spicy microgreens. Our stand outs include:
- Wasabi mustard microgreens (It tastes like Wasabi!)
- Cilantro microgreens.
- Radish microgreens
- Turnip microgreens Other microgreens, such as broccoli may be added for extra flavor and health benefits.
This recipe may need to be adjusted for flavor depending on your choice in microgreens. Feta cheese may also be replaced pressed, crumbled tofu for a non-dairy option.
Directions
- For the dressing, mix the olive oil, vinegar, and garlic powder in a jar and mix thoroughly.
- Gently toss a generous amount of microgreens, sliced red onion, and sliced radishes in a bowl with a splash of lemon juice.
- Sprinkle the top of the salad with feta cheese.
- As it's served, drizzle the dressing over the salad.
