Ingredients
- 2/3 cup diced microgreens. For spice, try Cilantro, Radish, or Wasabi Mustard (or view our whole Spicy Collection). Otherwise, Broccoli or Kale are always good options.
- 3 Avocados
- 1/2 cup Diced Red Onion
- 1/2 cup Diced Tomato
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- 1/2 Lime Juice
- Salt to Taste
The amount of microgreens may be adjusted for preference.
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix lime juice and salt until smooth.
- Add the onion, tomato, and optional cilantro.
- Gently mix in the microgreens.
- Cover with plastic wrap for preservation and refrigerate before serving.
